From the incredibly rare early Ann Demeulemeester collection, this is the 2000ss "eyes closed tight" Tank Top.
A tank top with a really stunning silhouette.
The herringbone string features the iconic "eyes closed tight" bead embroidery.
It is detachable, and as shown in the reference image, it can be worn alone through a belt loop, which I think is contemporary.
This is a gem that has a transaction history of nearly 30,000 yen for the string alone at Vanitas, a famous boutique that contributed to the re-evaluation of a.f.vandevorst and others.
A memorial piece that is not at every available in the domestic market.
